I arrived at 1:30am and there was no staff at the reception. A cleaner staff was there and reported that the staff is out for dinner and asked me to wait in the lobby. I said I was tired and needed to get to my room and get some rest because I had an early meeting. The cleaner and security staff tried calling him. He showed up 20 min later. There was no apology and nothing.
