The staff were so kind and extremely helpful. Any queries were dealt with immediately. The breakfast was fresh and very good. Our room was the maisonnette with the roof terrace overlooking the Danube and was amazing. Everything was clean and very comfortable. Easy walking distance to the town square and restaurants. We would be very happy to stay again when in the area.

There was tea, coffee and snacks available 24/7. The location was excellent, an easy 5 to 10 minute walk to the square where there were lots of great restaurants and coffee shops as well as it being beautiful. The receptionist was kind enough to arrange a transfer from Ruse to Burgas for a very reasonable price and the driver was safe and kind. Ruse itself is a beautiful town.

The location is perfect. The view towards the river amazing. Even thou the building is old, inside is fully renovated. The rooms where new and clean. Loved that they kept the old style elevators, reminded me of my first apartment in NY. Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly and spoke multiple languages.
